Refund Policy:

Non-Refundable Deposit:

  • A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure our wedding photography and videography services.
  • The deposit amount is specified in the booking agreement and is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Cancellations by the Client:

  • If the client cancels the booking for any reason, the deposit is non-refundable.
  • Cancellations made within 30 days of the wedding date require payment of the full remaining balance.

Cancellations by Wiggle Studio:

  • In the unlikely event that Wiggle Studio cancels the booking for reasons beyond our control, a full refund of any payments made by the client will be provided.


  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe after the cancellation is confirmed.
  • Any refunds issued will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Changes to Services:

  • If the client requests changes to the services after the booking has been confirmed, any additional costs or refunds will be discussed and agreed upon between the client and Wiggle Studio.

Refund Disputes:

  • In the event of a dispute regarding a refund, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter amicably through communication and negotiation.

By booking our wedding photography and videography services, the client agrees to abide by this refund policy. Wiggle Studio reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. It is the client's responsibility to review and agree to the latest refund policy before booking our services.
